Transitioning to Teaching Online (TTOL)
TTOL is a fully online, facilitated training course offered through the Center for Engagement and Learning. It is primarily for Pierce faculty who are new to online teaching or faculty who want to start using technologies - like the Canvas LMS- as part of their teaching practice.

You need enough experience working in Canvas to navigate the interface, build simple course pages, course modules, add files and content and create quizzes and assignments.
What is your level of Canvas experience?
I have completed Canvas Essentials at Pierce College, so I'm good to go!
I have not completed Canvas Essentials, but I am sure I have the Canvas skills required to participate in TTOL.
I am currently working in Canvas Essentials and expect to complete it before, or during, the TTOL course.
